Our Story in Watertown
Big Stone Therapies has been proudly serving Watertown since 2006, growing alongside this community for nearly two decades. What began as a small clinic has grown into a trusted, multi-location practice offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for patients of every age.
As Watertown’s needs grew, so did our team. In 2021, we expanded our Private Practice location to include a dedicated pediatric area, a full gym, and additional treatment rooms, giving our clinicians room to grow their specialties and serve patients from our youngest kiddos to our most active adults. In 2023, we extended our reach further with a second location at Harmony Hill Assisted Living, bringing personalized therapy directly to residents to support their mobility, independence, and quality of life right where they live.
Today, our Watertown team brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists with specialized training across orthopedics, pediatrics, pelvic health, and neurological care. We’re honored to be part of a community known for its natural beauty around Lake Kampeska, its vibrant arts scene at the Redlin Art Center, and its strong local spirit.
