What our patients are saying about our Watertown team
Big Stone therapy was a huge part of my recovery after hip replacement surgery. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The therapists and receptionists answered all of my questions and encouraged me along the way. They helped strengthen and stretch my muscles and the at home exercises were easy to do and helped tremendously. Insurance billing and copays were handled well. I can’t thank y’all enough for your help!
I’ve had such a great experience with Kim Pearson. I started seeing her for pelvic floor therapy, and she made me feel comfortable from day one. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s always warm, never judgmental, and genuinely cares. I’ve noticed a big difference since starting, and I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend!
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We appreciate it!
There isn’t anywhere I would recommend more. I have PTSD and have suffered multiple broken bones though out my life. Both issues make it very hard for me to find anywhere I am comfortable and find people I can work with and this place has all of those. Lisa and Brittany at the front desk, are wizards with scheduling and are always ready to smile and share a laugh with you. I worked with Josslyn, Lynn, Karli and Ashleigh and I can’t say enough good things about them. They pushed me to my limits, got me to my best and all while sharing their days, laughing, and listening to my bad jokes. You won’t find a more professional, caring and hard working crew anywhere.
Thank for your loyalty to us and sharing your experience!!
I had knee replacement surgery and went to Big Stone Therapies for my recovery PT. Karley, DJ, and Wade were the greatest!! They were skilled and kind and I highly recommend Big Stone Therapies if you’re in need of therapy!!
Thank you for choosing BST!
Amazing team that makes you feel comfortable doing uncomfortable but necessary things for holistic health improvement! Safe, compassionate, and competent group of excellent health care providers! Went from unable to brush my teeth with my arm to completing a two day kayak trip on the Missouri!
We appreciate the review and thank you for choosing BST for your care!!
In early December, I made the decision to undergo knee replacement surgery and selected Big Stone Therapy for my rehabilitation. The therapy process went smoothly, thanks to the dedication of all the therapists. After a couple of months, I chose to have my other knee replaced in early February. I had the opportunity to work with nearly every therapist, but I want to give a special shout-out to Karly and Wade for their exceptional support throughout my rehab journey. I would recommend Big Stone Therapy for your rehab needs!
Thank you again for all your help!
— Ferdy ZirbelThanks for the shout out, Ferdy!!
I see some very excellent physical therapists at Big Stone Therapy. Karly is so helpful in understanding why we were doing certain exercises and in encouraging me to do hard things to become stronger. Her hopeful, gracious, and fun demeanor kept me motivated. I really enjoyed seeing her every week! Thank you Big Stone Therapy for helping my body heal an injury I needed help with for and that went neglected for a long time. I was initially skeptical that PT would be of any help, for I had suffered in pain and numbness for SO long. I highly recommend BST!
Thanks for the review and for choosing BST!
