Kimberly Pearson has been part of the Big Stone Therapies family since 2013, when she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary and joined the team as a co-owner at Harmony Hill. She’s certified in dry needling, including pelvic floor dry needling, and brings advanced training in pelvic health and LSVT BIG, with a particular passion for pelvic health and geriatric care.
Kim always knew she wanted to work in the medical field, drawn by the chance to help patients achieve their goals. That drive shows up in her approach to care today: compassionate, attentive, and focused on what matters most to each patient. She especially loves the moments when pelvic floor education helps someone find relief without medication, something she describes as genuinely life-changing for the people she treats. As a Certified Clinical Instructor, she’s also passionate about mentoring the next generation of physical therapists.
Outside the clinic, Kim lives in Watertown, South Dakota, and enjoys camping, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Fun fact: Kim and her family used to run a seasonal pumpkin patch.
